Ads can be automatically proofed either direct to the customer, or to an appropriate staff member within your organization, helping to reduce credits for incorrect ads.
Proofs are made available in real time to the customer via a secure web portal. This allows them to comment on or approve their advert empowering the customer and reducing the length of the proofing cycle. The comments are fed back in real time to the Production Tracking software along with an appropriate status change. The customer comments can then be seen as an annotated PDF file allowing swift correction of the ad.
